Job summary

Conneqtion Group is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). You will drive requirements, design solutions, configure modules, and lead testing cycles across client implementations in ERP, AI & Analytics.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, post-go-live support, and collaboration with cross-functional Oracle teams.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
• HDL data loading experience for Learn and Talent objects in Fusion HCM is must.
• Knowledge of HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects for Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including: Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Profile Management, GROW, Touchpoints.
• Configure Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), including: Learning Catalogs, Courses and Offerings, Learning Assignments, Learning Journeys, Certifications, Learning Communities.
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides.
• Conduct CRPs, SIT, UAT, and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, HDL/HSDL data loads, and customizations.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates by assessing impacts, testing new features, and implementing required changes.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). The ideal candidate should have strong functional consulting experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and client-facing implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects for Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including: Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Career Development, Profile Management, GROW, Touchpoints
• Configure Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC), including: Learning Catalogs, Courses and Offerings, Learning Assignments, Learning Journeys, Certifications, Learning Communities
• Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration documents, test scenarios, and user guides
• Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support production deployments.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and recommend system enhancements.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, HDL/HSDL data loads, and customizations.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates by assessing impacts, testing new features, and implementing required changes.
• Work closely with cross-functional Oracle HCM teams, including Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, and Compensation, to ensure seamless integration.

Required Qualifications

• 2-8 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Experience in 1 or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation or support projects.
• Strong expertise in configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and business process mapping.
• HDL data loading experience for Learn and Talent objects in Fusion HCM is must.
• Knowledge of HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher is an advantage.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
