Job summary

Conneqtion Group seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Oracle Financials Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Tax, with hands-on experience in finance process analysis, system configuration, integrations, and supporting global business users in Oracle ERP SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience with Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Procurement modules.
• Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to present ideas to end users and senior management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Accounting.
• CA qualification is an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to design, configure, and support Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in core finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Tax, with hands-on experience in finance process analysis, system configuration, integrations, and supporting global business users in Oracle ERP SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have around 5+ years of experience in core Oracle Fusion Finance Applications Modules - AP, AR, GL, FA, CM and Tax.
• 5 to 8 years of IT industry work experience including finance systems analysis, solution design, and deployment using Oracle applications and/or other major ERP systems.
• Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio.
• Interact with end-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users.
• Partner with business units to ensure efficient use of the application and help enhance application functionality.
• Responsible for understanding the current process, identifying, and delivering service improvements.
• Configure new organizational structures whenever required.
• Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements.
• Maintain and improve system interfaces between key applications.
• Support the change management process to manage patch applications and configuration changes.
• Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes.
• Support new ERP or business unit initiatives and projects, including new functionality, process improvements, or migration of new business units onto the system.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience working with Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Procurement modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, Inventory.
• Good project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
• Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly manner to end users and senior management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact credibly at all levels of the organization.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification is an added advantage.
