Maneva Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant for our client. The role focuses on Payroll and Benefits with hands-on Fast Formula development and end-to-end implementation support.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, configure HCM Cloud modules, develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, and participate in SIT/UAT testing and production support across India. Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Major functional experience in Oracle Payroll and Benefits.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, costing, and payroll calculations.
• Functional configuration experience in Benefits, including eligibility and enrollment.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and/or support projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits modules, focusing on functional activities.
• Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and translate needs into functional solutions.
• Perform functional configuration and customization of Oracle Payroll and Benefits as required.
• Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and business rules.
• Configure payroll elements, eligibility, salary components, payroll relationships, costing, and rules.
• Support payroll processing, payroll flows, balance validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution.
• Configure and support Benefits processes, including plans, options, eligibility profiles, and enrollment rules.
• Prepare functional design documents, config documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Conduct functional testing, SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions during implementation and production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams on HDL, HDL extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
• Participate in client discussions, design workshops, and knowledge transfer.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits, along with hands-on experience in Fast Formula development. The candidate should have a strong understanding of payroll and benefits business processes, functional configurations, implementation, enhancements, and production support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, and supporting end-to-end implementation and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively on Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Benefits modules, with a major focus on functional activities.
• Gather business requirements, conduct requirement analysis, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
• Perform functional configuration and customization of Oracle Payroll and Benefits as per client requirements.
• Develop, modify, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas, particularly for payroll calculations and business rules.
• Configure payroll elements, element eligibility, salary components, payroll relationships, payroll costing, and calculation rules as required.
• Support payroll processing, payroll flows, balance validation, reconciliation, and resolution of payroll-related issues.
• Configure and support Benefits processes, including benefit plans, programs, options, eligibility profiles, and enrollment rules.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
• Conduct functional testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions during implementation and production support.
• Work with technical teams on HCM integrations, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher reports.
• Participate in client discussions, design workshops, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure solutions follow Oracle HCM Cloud best practices and meet business requirements.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
• Major functional experience in Oracle Payroll and Benefits.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Oracle Fast Formula development and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of payroll processing, payroll elements, balances, costing, and payroll calculations.
• Functional configuration experience in Benefits, including eligibility and enrollment.
• Experience in implementation, enhancement, and/or support projects.
• Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud business processes and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Hands-on experience in writing and debugging Fast Formulas.
• Good client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification would be an added advantage.

Key Hiring Requirement: Prioritize candidates with strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Payroll and Benefits, combined with hands-on Fast Formula experience. Candidates with predominantly technical experience and limited functional configuration exposure may not be the best fit.
