Job summary

Maneva Consulting is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Functional Lead to drive Global HR and Workforce Compensation initiatives across multiple countries in PAN India. The role requires 7–10 years of deep functional expertise and hands-on experience with end-to-end HCM implementations, design, config, testing, migration, cutover, and production support.

You will govern cross-module solutions, manage dependencies, lead workshops, and communicate with stakeholders at the executive level.

Qualifications

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Global HR and Workforce Compensation.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end HCM implementations and governing functional design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, compensation plan design, eligibility, budgets, guidelines, worksheets, approvals, and statements.

Job Description

Job Title - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud - Global HR and Workforce Compensation Functional Lead

Experience - 7 - 10 Years

Requirements:-

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Global HR and Workforce Compensation. Proven experience leading end-to-end HCM implementations and governing functional design, configuration, testing, migration, cutover, and production support.
• Strong knowledge of workforce structures, employment lifecycle, compensation plan design, eligibility, budgets, guidelines, worksheets, approvals, and statements.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Fast Formula, including formula design, validation, troubleshooting, and application across Global HR and Workforce Compensation processes.
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM security, approvals, and Oracle Integration Cloud touchpoints.
• Ability to govern cross-module solutions, resolve design issues, manage dependencies, and drive stakeholder decisions.
• Strong team leadership, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification and multi-country implementation experience are preferred.
