Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and deliver complex HCM cloud projects. You will work across global HR processes, implement Fusion HCM modules, and ensure regulatory compliance and secure payroll workflows.

The role requires hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, integration mapping, and strong stakeholder management. You will partner with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive end-to-end

Qualifications

• Experience across Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
• Understanding of global and local HR compliance, payroll processes, and security.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and integration mapping.
• Experience in Oracle HCM integration patterns and reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to lead workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions.
