Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to design and support HCM solutions, reporting, extracts, and integrations. You will work with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and support HR processes through technical implementations.

The role focuses on building BI Publisher reports, OTBI dashboards, HDL data loads, and REST/SOAP integrations via OIC, ensuring secure data exchange and reliable performance across HR systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in HCM reporting, extracts, and integrations.
• Hands-on development with HDL, BIP, OTBI, and OIC integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) with complex data models.
• Build OTBI dashboards and analytics across Recruiting, Core HR, and Workforce.
• Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for data exchange.
• Develop, debug, and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Work with HDL, including file structures, data loading, and error handling.
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC.
• Ensure secure and reliable exchange of HCM data with external apps.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
• Collaborate with functional/business and integration teams to deliver technical solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production issues.

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with strong expertise in HCM reporting, extracts, integrations, and technical development. The candidate should have hands‑on experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and supporting HR business processes through technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.


• Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP), including complex data models, templates, and bursting.


• Build OTBI dashboards and analytics using relevant subject areas such as Recruiting, Core HR, and Workforce.


• Design, schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot HCM Extracts for HR and recruiting data exchange with external systems.


• Develop, debug, and maintain Fast Formulas based on business requirements.


• Work extensively with HCM Data Loader (HDL), including file structures, business objects, data loading, and error troubleshooting.


• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).


• Ensure secure and reliable exchange of HCM data with external applications.


• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.


• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and integration teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
