Job summary

Maneva Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a senior Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll.

The candidate will design, configure, and troubleshoot complex payroll requirements across Middle-East jurisdictions, leading client-facing payroll implementations and integrations with other HCM modules. The role requires strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion Payroll projects, delivering design documents and tutorials, and guiding clients on best practices

Qualifications

• Payroll Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud, especially Middle-East payroll.
• Over 10 years in HCM and at least 8 years in end-to-end Fusion Payroll implementations.
• Experience delivering complex payroll solutions with client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and resolve complex payroll requirements in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Lead and deliver multi-project payroll implementations with stakeholder management.
• Advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll and best practices.
• Configure payroll per country legislations, especially for Middle-East regions.
• Develop function design documents for payroll interfaces and reports.
• Write complex Fast Formulas and ensure integration with other HCM modules.

Requirements

· Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration on Oracle Cloud especially on Middle-East Payroll.

· Overall more than 10+ years of experience in HCM and minimum 8 years of experience on end-to-end Fusion Payroll Implementation projects, and having worked on at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementation projects.

· Should be able to Design, and solve complex payroll requirements, in Payroll configuration:

1. Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll
2. Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion Payroll Cost allocation and Accounting distribution
3. Experience designing complex Payroll Flows in Oracle Cloud

· Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex Payroll solutions with client-facing experience and should be able to troubleshoot and solve user issues.

· Should be able to advise clients on proper usage of Oracle Cloud Payroll.

· Configuration of Payroll as per requirements of Middle-East countries legislations.

· Understand Clients requirements & prepare the Function Design Documents for Payroll including Interfaces, Reports.

· Configure Payroll module as per requirements.

· Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Payroll.

· Should possess strong knowledge on integration between Cloud Payroll & other HCM Modules such as Compensation and Benefits, Absence and Time & Labor.

· Good understanding of Payroll balance loading and reconciliation.

· Able to model and test Payroll business processing solutions, design, create, update and execute Payroll flows.

· Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion.

· Perform Payroll Parallel Run Reconciliations.

· Act as a customer advisor on best practices and application awareness.

· Development of customer-facing Payroll documentation.

· Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing project environment.
