Job summary

Zensar Technologies in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll functional consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience, preferably covering India and US payroll regulations. The role requires managing end-to-end project phases, driving workshops, and delivering enhanced cloud payroll solutions while ensuring seamless integration with ERP modules.

Responsibilities include documenting specifications, preparing test cases, and performing functional testing to ensure solution accuracy

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll, preferably for India and US legislation.
• Experience across all project phases: Requirements, CRP, SIT, UAT, Train-the-trainer, Cutover, Production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops and advise on enhanced Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Integrate payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules.
• Deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with focus on analytics, requirements, and solution design.
• Create detailed functional specification documents, test cases, and perform functional testing.

• Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
