Job summary

vueverse. is seeking a Payroll functional expert with strong Oracle Cloud Payroll experience, especially for India and US legislation. The role requires delivering end-to-end payroll implementations, including go-live and hyper care support.

The candidate should design and drive workshops, define requirements, and ensure integration with Absences and General Ledger costings within Oracle HCM Cloud. A strong track record in project delivery and testing is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll experience, preferably for India and US legislation.
• At least 2 complete India Payroll implementations from go-live to hyper care.
• Experience across all project phases: requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process workshops and advise on impacts of Enhanced Cloud Payroll solutions.
• Integrate payroll with Absences and with GL costings and PPM modules.
• Build detailed functional specifications, test cases and perform functional testing.

Job description

• Candidate is expected to be able to work independently and as part of a team, being able to demonstrate an ability to develop other colleagues
• Must have at least 2 full India Payroll implementation experience till go live and hyper care support
• Ability to understand, analyze and solve both explicit and implicit requirements
• Over all 4+ years of experience in oracle Cloud as Payroll functional preferably for India and US legislation.
• Must have experience working on all phases of Project like Requirement gathering, CRP, SIT,UAT, Train the trainer sessions, Cutover, Production support etc
• Involved in business process workshops and advised client on impacts of adopting Enhanced solutions of Cloud Payroll
• Experience in integrating payroll with Absences and with costings to General Ledger and PPM modules
• Must have strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM cloud Solutions including extensive experience in areas of business process analytics, requirement definition and Solution design.
• Should have experience in building detailed functional specification documents, Test case preparations and Functional Testing
