Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Oracle CX consultant to drive end-to-end Fusion Sales & Service implementations, including VBS and Redwood UI, with a focus on customization and integration.

Role demands strong functional knowledge, client handling, and hands-on configuration across CX products, data migration, OTBI analytics, and testing. You will guide design discussions and ensure successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Fusion Sales & Service with VBS and Redwood UI.
• 7+ years of implementation experience in Fusion Sales, Service or Subscription Management.
• Mandatory Redwood exposure and Oracle CX product experience.
• Ability to analyze systems and propose enhancements and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate UAT with clients.
• Lead design discussions and own the overall solution for customization and integration on Oracle CX products.
• Configure and customize CX modules including objects, workflows, and data migration.
• Collaborate with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions and ensure successful deployments.

Job description

Should have experience in at least one of the following products:

• Fusion Sales & Service including VBS & Redwood UI :
• 7+ years exp on implementation of Fusion Sales , Service or Subscription Management
• Redwood exposure is mandatory.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions.
• Ability to formulate a broader perspective of an issue by recognizing the inter-dependencies and inter-play between elements.
• Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization/extension/integrations on Oracle CX products.
• hands-on experience in functional configurations and customization in the following areas - custom objects, groovy scripting, assignment manager, workflows, triggers email alerts, Data Migration, OTBI Analytics etc.
