Job summary

Aanseacore is seeking an experienced Sr. Finance Consultant with strong Oracle Fusion Financials expertise to manage end-to-end implementations.

The role involves hands-on configuration, customer-facing activities, and deep knowledge of financial processes across multiple modules. You will oversee the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to post go-live support, ensuring integration with third-party systems where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance / accounting / commerce / business administration.
• 10+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion configuration experience.
• Expert-Level Experience: Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets (FA), Tax Configuration, iExpenses.
• Experience: GL, AP, AR, Multi-Org Structure.
• Exposure: Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Project Contracts, Project Costing.
• Technical exposure: 3rd party integrations, OTBI, Data Migration, Workflow, Security.
• Direct customer interaction and requirements gathering experience.
• End-to-end implementation from As-Is to post go-live support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation projects.
• Conduct requirements workshops with clients to understand business processes.
• Configure Fusion modules including FA, Tax, iExpenses, GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Intercompany, Project Contracts, Project Costing.
• Ensure integration with third-party systems as required.
• Prepare and execute data migration strategies and OTBI reports.
• Support workflow setup and security configuration.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.
