Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM/Payroll techno-functional specialist to configure, maintain, and optimize Fusion Payroll modules for large-scale enterprises in India.

You will lead end-to-end payroll processing, build integrations with OIC and HDL, and develop reports for payroll audits and dashboards, ensuring secure, scalable solutions.

• Oracle Fusion Payroll techno-functional experience.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll modules, including LDG, Elements & Element Eligibility, Calculation Cards, Payroll Costing, and Payment Methods.
• Lead end-to-end payroll processing routines, including RetroPay, QuickPay, Pre-payments, Costing, and Reconciliation workflows.
• Design, build, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
• Write and debug complex Fast Formulas across Payroll Rules, Element Input Validation, Absence and Proration.
• Develop, tune, and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher, SQL queries, and OTBI.
• Manage data migration activities, bulk data loads, and transformation using Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) and HDL.
• Design and build enterprise applications using Oracle APEX and integrate with Fusion Cloud via REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Payroll modules, including Legislative Data Groups (LDG), Elements & Element Eligibility, Calculation Cards, Payroll Costing, and Payment Methods.
• Lead end-to-end payroll processing routines, including RetroPay, QuickPay, Pre-payments, Costing, and Reconciliation workflows
• Design, build, and deploy inbound and outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Write and debug complex Fast Formulas across Payroll Rules, Element Input Validation, Absence and Proration.
• Develop, tune, and maintain custom reports using BI Publisher, SQL queries, and OTBI for payroll audits and operational dashboards.
• Manage data migration activities, bulk data loads, and transformation using Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) and HDL.
• Develop technical architecture roadmaps aligned with business and IT strategies.
• Define best practices, standards, and governance for Oracle development and integrations
• Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical recommendations.
• Design and build enterprise applications using Oracle APEX.
• Optimize APEX applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Integrate APEX applications with Oracle Fusion Cloud and third-party systems using REST APIs.
• Architect and develop integrations using:
