Job summary

Hiresquad is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer to join our Pan India hybrid delivery model. You will develop complex Fast Formulas, manage HDL inbound integrations, and support BI Publisher and HCM Extract reporting across multiple HCM modules.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud solutions. Immediate to 15 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas and HDL integrations is required.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher and HCM Extracts is essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for HCM processes and reports.
• Design, test and implement HDL based integrations and data mappings.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure solution integrity across modules.
