Job summary

Alike Thoughts in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to work on HCM Extracts and Fast Formulas. You will design, configure, test, and support technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM.

The role requires hands-on experience with HCM Extracts or Fast Formula, strong analytical skills, and ability to collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders. Face-to-face interview in Bengaluru on 5 September 2026; immediate/joiners preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultants with strong hands‑on experience in Oracle HCM Extracts and/or Fast Formula.

The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, configuring, testing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions.

Fast Formula

• Strong experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Fast Formulas
• Experience with formula types relevant to HCM modules
• Debugging and troubleshooting Fast Formula issues
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into formulas
• Knowledge of HCM database items, inputs and contexts
