Job summary

PwC India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) expertise to design, configure, test and support HCM Cloud implementations. You will gather requirements, map business needs to OTL capabilities, and deliver end-to-end solutions for time and attendance, scheduling and workforce management.

Based in Gurgaon or Kolkata, you will run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, prepare design documents, support data migration and user training,

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
• Experience with time entry rules, approval workflows, time calculation rules, and scheduling concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities
