Job summary

PwC India is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM OTL professional in Gurgaon to manage workforce performance and optimize Time & Labor processes. The role focuses on delivering end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions in a consulting/advisory capacity, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.

You will participate in workshops, requirement gathering, design discussions, UAT, and go-live support, translating complex business needs into effective HCM configurations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management/OTL experience.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM/OTL implementations (2–3 projects).
• Strong understanding of Time & Labor, Absence Management, Scheduling, Time Entry, and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in client workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design discussions.
• Deliver Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions from requirements through deployment.
• Translate complex business requirements into Oracle HCM Workforce Management configurations.

Managing workforce performance and optimizing time, labor, and absence processes in today’s dynamic business environment is critical for organizational success. Ensuring streamlined end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management (OTL/Time & Labor) processes is essential from both operational and compliance perspectives. As part of the Technology Consulting – Business Applications – Oracle Practice team, we leverage digital transformation, modern operating models, and leading practices to deliver technology-enabled solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 7 years of relevant Oracle HCM Cloud experience in a functional advisory or consulting role.


• Must have participated in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM / Time & Labor (OTL) implementations.


• Strong understanding of Time & Labor, Absence Management, Scheduling, Time Entry, Time Calculation Rules, and Approval workflows.


• In-depth understanding of workforce management business processes and related data flows.


• Proven experience in delivering Oracle Fusion HCM OTL solutions, including business process analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.


• Experience working directly with clients during workshops, fit-gap analysis, design discussions, UAT, and go-live support.


• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Management solutions.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
