Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle.
• 2–3 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Compensation or Talent Management.
• Excellent understanding of HCM business processes, configurations, and data flows.
• Experience in team leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with global client exposure.
