Infosys Bengaluru is seeking a skilled HCM Cloud professional with hands-on Oracle Time and Labor experience to join our consulting team. You will diagnose client issues, design innovative solutions, and drive deployment while contributing to proposals and solution design inputs.

You will plan configuration activities, conduct pilots, and support time and labor integrations with payroll. Demonstrated ability to lead small projects and deliver high-quality outcomes is required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of HCM Cloud hands-on experience on Oracle Time and Labor module and benefits.
• Understanding of Time Repository, Time Consumers, Time Categories, Time Attributes, Time Entry Profiles and Time Entry Layouts.
• Time Calculation rule types: Time rules, Timecard Field rules, Timecard Summary rules.
• Overtime rules, shift differentials, rounding, holiday/premium pay.
• Approval flows: Timecard approval configuration, approval hierarchies.
• Understanding of integration of OTL with Payroll, Absence including accruals, timecard validations, costing, and flow execution.
• Critical Reports, Integrations

Responsabilidades

• Conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/workshops and prepare effort estimates aligned with customer budgets and guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with high-quality value-added solutions.

A day in the life of an Infoscion

• As part of the Infosys consulting team, your primary role would be to get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight.
• You will develop a proposal by owning parts of the proposal document and by giving inputs in solution design based on areas of expertise.
• You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design.
• You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines.
• Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with an objective of providing high-quality value adding solutions to customers.
