Job summary

Mastek in Jaipur, India seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Functional) to implement, configure, and support Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management for enterprise clients. Candidates should have 5–10 years of relevant experience and be able to translate HR processes into effective Fusion HCM solutions.

You will work with business and IT stakeholders, perform testing including UAT, assist data migration and reporting, and ensure delivery quality and user adoption across projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyze, and document HR requirements and policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities including workforce structures and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and UAT for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration.
• Provide guidance on Oracle Fusion HCM best practices to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain design documents and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer for HR users.

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core HR (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR processes into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.
