Job summary

Mastek is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to lead and deliver Core HR and Absence Management projects for enterprise clients. You will translate HR processes into effective Fusion HCM configurations and collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery and user adoption.

The role requires 5–10 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management, strong testing, data migration, and reporting skills, and the ability to guide teams

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of relevant experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Experience with Core HR and Absence Management modules.
• Ability to translate HR processes into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
• Strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Knowledge of HR policies, data migration, testing, and UAT.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document HR requirements.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities including structures, models, policies and eligibility rules.
• Perform system, integration, and UAT testing for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices to stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot defects and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.

Job Summary

HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Core HR (Functional), HCM - Oracle Fusion Cloud - Absence Management (Functional) Consultant-Oracle. This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management modules for enterprise clients. Candidate must have relevant experience of 5 to 10 Years. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate HR processes into effective Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR and Absence Management.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to HR, workforce administration, and absence policies.
• Configure Core HR and Absence Management functionalities, including workforce structures, employment models, absence plans, accruals, and eligibility rules.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for HCM modules.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and reporting related to Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Provide functional guidance and best practices on Oracle Fusion HCM to business stakeholders and project teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, defects, and configuration gaps in Core HR and Absence Management.
• Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support change management, training, and knowledge transfer activities for HR users.
• Ensure solutions comply with organizational policies, local regulations, and global HR standards.
