System One is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Support Specialist in India. The role focuses on core SCM functionality across OM, Shipping, Inventory, and Procurement, with exposure to OTM and GTM.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, support integrations, and drive system optimization. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience, strong PL/SQL and reporting skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams across business and IT.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12, preferably 12.2.x or later.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Inventory, Shipping, Procurement.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Supply Chain Support Specialist to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide outstanding support across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Supply Chain modules. The role will focus on supporting core SCM functionality, including Order Management, Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement, with exposure to Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM).

The ideal candidate will bring strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12, a solid understanding of cross-module integrations and APIs, and familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications. Experience supporting integrations between Oracle EBS, OTM, GTM, and other third-party logistics systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve incidents and troubleshoot technical and functional issues across Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, including Order Management (OM), Shipping, Logistics, Inventory, and Procurement.
• Monitor, analyze, and manage concurrent program and job failures, ensuring timely resolution and system recovery.
• Develop, test, and deploy technical fixes and enhancements using PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and IT personnel to resolve support tickets, identify root causes, and implement system enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and the transition of new projects into steady-state operations.
• Analyze dependencies and integration points between Oracle EBS modules to troubleshoot cross-module issues and maintain data consistency.
• Support integrations between Oracle EBS, OTM, GTM, and external applications, logistics platforms, and third-party systems.
• Assist with system performance optimization, recurring issue prevention, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience supporting and developing Oracle EBS R12, preferably version R12.2.4 or later.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Management (OM), Inventory, Shipping, and related modules.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and experience with Oracle Reports, XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and production support skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS Cloud Experience: Experience supporting Oracle EBS in cloud-hosted environments or working with Oracle Cloud applications alongside Oracle EBS. Exposure to cloud migration, deployment, or support activities is a plus.
• Module Integrations: Knowledge of integration points, dependencies, and data flows between Oracle EBS SCM modules and other enterprise applications.
• APIs and Integration Technologies: Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and integration methods used to exchange data between Oracle EBS, cloud applications, and third-party systems.
• OTM/GTM Experience: Experience supporting Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Global Trade Management (GTM), including integrations with Oracle EBS Shipping, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
• Logistics Systems: Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) platforms and transportation or global trade systems is an advantage.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, integrations, and cross-functional projects involving Oracle EBS and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions.
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with geographically distributed business and IT teams.
• Experience driving process improvements, system optimization, and operational efficiency.
