Job summary

Zensar is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 incident management for Oracle E-Business Suite across logistics and supply chain modules. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, coordinating with business users, and ensuring timely resolution with strong SQL/DML capabilities.

Preference given to candidates in Pune and hybrid work setup. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, B2B integrations, and ITIL/incident processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Oracle EBS experience and module knowledge.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience in Incident Management with SLA-driven support environments.
• Familiarity with Oracle B2B integrations and interface troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS applications and production environments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets per SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle EBS modules.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Develop Oracle SQL queries for data validation and reporting.
• Support B2B integrations and monitor transactions.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and tech teams for resolution.
• Monitor interfaces, workflows, concurrent programs, and batch jobs.
• Participate in release deployments, testing and change management.
• Maintain support docs and SOPs.

The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Oracle EBS modules, Oracle SQL, B2B integrations, and Logistics/Supply Chain processes. The role involves troubleshooting production issues, analyzing incidents, coordinating with business users, and ensuring timely resolution of application and system-related problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle EBS applications and production environments.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within defined SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS modules.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

• Support Oracle B2B integrations and monitor inbound/outbound transactions.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams for issue resolution.

• Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) support.
• Hands‑on expertise in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, and SLA-driven support environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle B2B integrations and interface troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, Order Management, Shipping, and Inventory processes.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting Oracle SCM modules such as:
  • Order Management (OM)
  • Inventory (INV)
  • Shipping Execution (WSH)
  • Purchasing (PO)
  • Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
• Knowledge of EDI/XML integrations.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
