Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle EBS application issues

• Configure or modify applications to resolve incidents
• Develop SQL/PLSQL scripts to analyze and correct data issues
• Design and modify reports, workflows, interfaces, and integrations
• Create and maintain BI Publisher and Discoverer reports
• Document change requests, test cases, and results
• Develop and execute test scripts for enhancements and fixes
• Advise users and junior team members on system capabilities and best practices
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process or training improvements
• Contribute to knowledge‑sharing and documentation
• Support a 24x7 environment with occasional after‑hours or weekend coverage
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and remote teams
