Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Experience: 8–12 Years

Location: PAN India

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands‑on expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of financial and distribution modules and the ability to provide effective business and system solutions across the procure‑to‑pay and order‑to‑cash cycles.

Primary Skills

• Full life‑cycle experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite R12 – Implementation, Rollout, and Upgrade projects.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P): iProc, PO, AP, iExpenses, Payments, SLA, e‑Business Tax.
• Order‑to‑Cash (O2C): OM, AR, Revenue Management, Advanced Collections, Cash Management, Credit Card Process.
• General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), and eAM.
• Deep understanding of functional setup, configuration, and process flows for GL, AP, AR.
• Knowledge of SLA and eBTax integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end functional configuration, setup, and testing for Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, OM, eBTax, SLA).
• Execute R12 implementations, rollouts, and upgrade activities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide functional workarounds and solutions for complex business or system issues.
• Work on journal import programs, perform validation and corrections, and ensure financial data accuracy.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) with bank account and payment method changes, and Accounts Receivable (AR) with revenue recognition processing.
• Perform week/month‑end reconciliation activities and assist in financial close processes.
• Manage and monitor accounting operations, including income/expense statements, cash flow, bank reconciliation, and customer/vendor records.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high‑quality functional deliverables.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of Oracle EBS Financials functional experience (R12).
• Strong domain expertise in Finance and Accounting processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience working in Retail or Manufacturing domains is a plus.
