Job summary

Randstad in India is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant for a Senior & Manager level. The role focuses on implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with emphasis on BI Publisher, HDL, HCM Extracts, OIC, OTBI and SQL-based customizations across diverse client environments.

The ideal candidate has 4–9 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to lead and mentor a project team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules including BI Publisher and HDL.
• Specialization in BI Publisher and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and OTBI.
• Strong Oracle SQL skills and Fast Formulas.
