Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant (SaaS/OIC) for PAN India hybrid roles. You will design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and HCM data processes.

The role requires 5-12 years IT experience with OIC, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP, and strong communication. You will collaborate with functional teams and support deployments and production issues.

Qualifications

• 5-12 years IT experience with Oracle HCM technical expertise.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud SaaS implementations and support.
• Minimum 2+ years in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong experience in HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
• Good understanding of Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting.
• Experience with REST/SOAP, XML, XSLT, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop HCM Extracts, HDL templates, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher and OTBI reports.
• Work on inbound and outbound integrations with third-party apps.
• Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for HCM Cloud integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM modules and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Experience with VBCS, PCS, or OCI services.
• Exposure to global HCM implementations.
