Job summary

PwC in Coimbatore seeks a skilled Oracle Cloud specialist with strong OIC and HCM integration experience. You will implement data flows, develop HDL/HSDL templates, and build OTBI/BIP reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud while analyzing data models and documenting design specs.

You will collaborate with clients and external teams, ensuring high-quality code and effective requirements gathering. Prior experience with Oracle Cloud architecture is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills around OIC and HCM integration.
• Experience with HDL/HSDL, HDL templates and Oracle BI Publisher.
• Knowledge of OTBI and BIP reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Solid SQL and PL/SQL coding and debugging capabilities.
• Familiar with Page Personalization/Customization and Oracle Cloud data models.
• Ability to understand customer processes and document functional specs.

Responsibilities

• Leverage OIC and HCM integration to implement data flows.
• Develop fast formulas, HDL templates and HDL/HSDL-based templates.
• Create and customize OTBI and BIP reports in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Analyze data models, table structures and Oracle Cloud architecture.
• Draft design docs, technical specs and user documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and external teams to gather requirements.
• Support data load processes and HDL-related tasks.
• Ensure code quality through debugging and testing.

Key Responsibilities

Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration. Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization, OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher).

Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures.

Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation.

Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL.

Experience in HDL templates in Oracle.

Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification.

Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients.

Good understanding of the functional flow HCM Projects.

Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition.

Collaborate effectively with others.

Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
