VMC Soft Technologies, Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience to lead complex technical developments across Core HR, Global HR, and related modules.

The role focuses on hands-on development, integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Redwood UX, HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, and API integrations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.
• Experience across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures, Journeys, and Security.
• Proficient in HDL/HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions across Core HR, Workforce Structures, Journeys, and Security.
• Configure and validate Oracle Redwood UX components, reports, extracts, and integrations.
• Design and develop BI Publisher and OTBI reports, SQL queries, and retrofit activities.
• Develop Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, and HCM Extracts for business requirements.
• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations and Workforce API integrations.
• Perform data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures, Journeys, Approval Workflows, Security, Oracle Redwood UX, BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, REST/SOAP APIs, and HCM integrations. The role involves technical development, integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, and production support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions across Core HR (Global HR), Workforce Structures (Jobs & Positions), Journeys, Approval Workflows, and Security (Roles, AOR, Data Security).


• Configure and validate Oracle Redwood UX components, reports, extracts, and integrations.


• Design and develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, SQL queries, and report rationalization/retrofit activities.


• Develop Fast Formulas, Value Sets, Lookups, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL for business requirements.


• Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and Workforce API integrations.


• Perform data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.


• Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.


• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions.


• Prepare technical documentation, deployment plans, and knowledge transfer documents.
