Job summary

Clover Infotech is seeking an experienced Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant in India to manage Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and OTL. The role requires hands-on experience across 1–2 end-to-end HRMS implementations and strong functional consulting, business analysis and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of Oracle HRMS functional experience.
• 1 to 2 full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementation projects.
• Experience in support, enhancements, and rollout projects.
• Exposure to Oracle Payroll processes and OTL configurations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for Oracle HRMS modules.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OTL).
• Participate in end-to-end implementations: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, go-live and hypercare.
• Prepare FRD, SD, and test scripts; collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflows.
• Conduct SIT, UAT and payroll validation; support production issues and change requests.

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Apps Functional HRMS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have participated in 1 to 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS implementations and possess strong functional consulting, business analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle HRMS modules.

• Configure and support Oracle EBS HRMS modules including:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Self-Service HR (SSHR)
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Participate in end-to-end implementation projects including:
• Requirement gathering
• Solution design
• Configuration
• Testing
• User training
• Go-live and hypercare support
• Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and test scripts.
• Work closely with technical teams for reports, interfaces, conversions, and workflow customizations.
• Conduct SIT, UAT, and payroll validation activities.
• Support production issues, change requests, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, HR teams, payroll teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS HRMS R12/R12.2.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Core HR
• Payroll
• Self-Service HR (SSHR)
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
• Experience in payroll configurations including elements, balances, fast formulas, and statutory processes.
• Understanding of HRMS data model and integration touchpoints.
• Experience in preparing functional specifications for technical developments.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and implementation lifecycle.

Mandatory Experience

• 4 to 8 years of Oracle HRMS functional experience.
• 1 to 2 full-cycle Oracle HRMS implementation projects.
• Experience in support, enhancements, and rollout projects.
• Exposure to Oracle Payroll processes and OTL configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Advanced Benefits.
• Experience with Workflow, AME, and HRMS integrations.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud HCM migration projects will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
