Job summary

Clearbeam Healthcare Solutions Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for a Junior Sales & Customer Success Executive (Optometrist). The role combines clinical knowledge with technology to demonstrate ASIRA, support prospective customers, and assist with onboarding.

You will ensure successful adoption of ASIRA features, train doctors and clinic staff, and build lasting relationships with customers across India. Remote/hybrid work with Mumbai preference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Optometry (B.Optom) or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Registration with the relevant professional body is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend ASIRA solutions.
• Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Support the preparation of proposals and quotations.
• Onboard new customers onto the ASIRA platform.

Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Optometrist to join our Sales and Customer Success team.

In this role, you will leverage your clinical knowledge to demonstrate ASIRA products, support prospective customers, assist with onboarding, and ensure successful product adoption.

This role is ideal for an optometrist who enjoys technology, communication, and helping fellow practitioners improve their clinical and business workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Conduct online product demonstrations for prospective customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate ASIRA solutions.
• Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Support the preparation of proposals and quotations.

Customer Success

• Onboard new customers onto the ASIRA platform.
• Conduct training sessions for doctors, optometrists, and clinic staff.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English and at least one regional language.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in optometric practice.
