Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist role based in Mumbai. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye examinations, including testing visual acuity, evaluating refractive errors, and assessing ocular health using diagnostic equipment. The role involves prescribing and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, advising on vision care and eye health, and identifying conditions that require referral to ophthalmologists or other specialists. The Optometrist will maintain accurate patient records, follow clinical standards and safety protocols, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support education-related initiatives and wellness programs. The position also includes providing clear, empathetic patient communication, educating individuals about preventive eye care, and participating in continuous professional development.
