Job summary

Titan Company in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations, boost sales, and ensure excellent customer service.

You will oversee the sales team, maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory including stock orders, returns and audits, and build lasting relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has 6–11 years of experience in optical retail, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 6-11 years of experience in retail operations or store management in an optical industry.
• Strong understanding of retail operations principles, including inventory control, cash handling procedures, and visual merchandising best practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously.
