Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in retail
• 1+ year in a Store Manager role
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive store performance
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver service.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Monitor daily store operations, opening/closing and SOPs.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and visuals.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store associates.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and timely.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operations reports.
• Coordinate with Area Managers to achieve business objectives.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our retail store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, managing the store team, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining Lenskart's operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue, conversion, and productivity targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Monitor daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and SOP compliance.
• Manage inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and visual merchandising.
• Oversee billing, cash handling, and POS operations with complete accuracy.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate store associates to improve performance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Maintain store hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and support functions to achieve business objectives.

Eligibility

• 26 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership or Store Manager role.
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail is preferred.
