Job summary

Lenskart in Bathinda is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise the store team, ensure standard operating procedures, and maintain brand and safety standards daily.

Responsibilities include optimizing inventory and visuals, handling billing and POS with accuracy, analyzing sales data to improve performance, and preparing regular sales and operations reports.

Qualifications

• 26 years of experience in retail, with at least 1 year in a leadership or Store Manager role.
• Experience in eyewear, fashion, lifestyle, telecom, electronics, or organized retail is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and drive store performance.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts and on weekends.
