Job summary

Titan Eye+ in Ahmedabad invites a vibrant Sales Executive to help customers choose eyewear, meet sales targets, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will greet shoppers, understand vision needs, and guide them to frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories that fit their preferences and budget.

Role requires strong communication, retail experience, basic POS skills, and willingness to work retail hours including weekends. Freshers with strong customer service may be considered.

Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Candidates with 13 years of retail sales experience in optical or premium retail are preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and customer-service skills may also be considered.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand eyewear needs.
• Assist in selecting frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our Titan Eye+ store. The role involves assisting customers in selecting the right eyewear, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vision, eyewear, and style requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories based on their needs and budget.
• Explain product features, lens options, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the optometrist to ensure a smooth customer journey from eye testing to eyewear selection.
• Manage billing, order booking, delivery coordination, and customer follow-ups.
• Maintain proper display and visual merchandising of products.
• Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and maintaining product availability.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and maintained as per Titan Eye+ standards.

Qualifications & Skills
