Job summary

SYSTRA India is seeking an OPS-2 Field Engineer (SYSTEM & MEPF) for the Ahmedabad Redevelopment Project. You will lead MEPF system deployment, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with architects and engineers to integrate MEPF solutions.

The role demands strong leadership, English communication skills, and a track record in complex railway infra projects. Based on site in Ahmedabad, you will coordinate across disciplines to resolve clashes and optimize delivery.

Qualifications

• 8 years total experience with 3 years in a similar position and 5 years in similar projects.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work in a culturally diverse organization with respect for differences.
• Ability to problem solve in an integrated project delivery environment using best practices.
• Self-motivated with leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong leadership to guide a team and make independent decisions; good troubleshooter.
• Ensure compliance with Systra Group policies, ethics, safety and ISO 9001/14001.

We are seeking applications for the position of OPS-2 Field Engineer (SYSTEM & MEPF) for Project “Redevelopment Project of Ahmedabad Railway Station and construction of associated infrastructure, RLDA.”

Missions/Main Duties

• Implementation of MEPF systems for the Ahmedabad redevelopment project.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in system design.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEPF systems seamlessly within the project.
• Coordinate with various disciplines for clash detection and resolution in the design phase

Profile/Skills

• Education qualification – B.Tech from Mechnaical/Electrical
• Years of experience – Overall 8 Year of Exp, 3 Year in Simillar Position and 5 Year Exp in Simillar Projects
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
• Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
• Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
• Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
• Strong leadership skills, proven ability to lead a team effort & make independent decisions and be a good troubleshooter.
• Ensure compliance of the Systra Group policies, particularly on ethics, safety and adherence to Company ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.
