What we are looking for:

• 56 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Strong experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
• Hands-on experience in passive sourcing and niche/hard-to-fill hiring
• Experience working in a high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environment, preferably in-house
• Strong stakeholder management and hiring manager partnership
• Experience building diverse talent pipelines across multiple locations
• Good understanding of talent acquisition best practices and recruitment compliance
