Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of recruiters, providing daily guidance on sourcing strategies, negotiation techniques, and professional development.
• Delivery Excellence: Take full ownership of end-to-end delivery for contract hiring mandates, ensuring high-quality submissions and meeting monthly closure targets.
• Pipeline Management: Personally manage high-priority or niche requirements while monitoring the team's overall recruitment funnel, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a critical bridge between hiring managers and your team, aligning expectations and proactively resolving delivery bottlenecks.
• Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Submittal-to-Interview ratios, and Offer Acceptance rates.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure all hiring activities comply with local labor laws, data privacy standards, and client onboarding protocols.
