Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in precision mechanical assembly.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or high-precision manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly of aerospace/defense components and sub-assemblies.
• Assemble parts using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, jigs and fixtures.
• Interpret drawings, verify fitment, alignment and fastening per specs.
• Verify torque requirements and assembly parameters during build processes.
• Conduct in-process inspections and verify assembly quality standards.
• Use calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring tools.
• Support rework, troubleshooting and corrective actions when required.
• Maintain compliance with quality, safety and process requirements.
• Follow SOPs and assembly documentation, adhering to aerospace standards.

Job Summary
