Job summary

Jobixo in Rajasthan invites applications for an Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) operator. You will operate and monitor ISBM machines, run double-stage ISBM processes, and set parameters such as temperature, pressure, speed and cycle time to achieve daily targets.

You will also inspect bottles for defects, maintain production records, follow 5S and safety procedures, and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM).
• Knowledge of Double Stage Blow Moulding.
• Knowledge of machine operation, parameter setting, and process control.
• Basic knowledge of mould change/changeover will be preferred.
• Ability to identify common blow moulding defects and take corrective action.
• Knowledge of production and quality standards.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
