Job summary

Bsa Polycontainer, located in Gujarat, seeks a skilled Shift Supervisor for Blow Moulding operations. You will manage production shifts, set extrusion blow moulding processes, and oversee mould changeovers and troubleshooting to optimize parameters.

The role requires hands-on experience in HDPE drums, barrels, containers or similar products, with strong knowledge of machine settings and process parameters. Emphasis on quality, safety, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Plastics.
• 37 years of blow moulding experience.
• Experience in HDPE drums, barrels, containers or similar products.
• Strong knowledge of machine/process parameters and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Shift-wise production & manpower management.
• Extrusion Blow Moulding machine operation & process setting.
• Mould changeover, troubleshooting & parameter optimization.
• Production, rejection, downtime & OEE improvement.
• Quality compliance and coordination with QC/Maintenance.
• Process trials and productivity improvement.
• 5S, safety & shop-floor discipline.
• Proper shift handover and production reporting.
