Job summary

Aidas Marketing in Bhopal, India is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to supervise Blow Moulding operations, ensure product quality, and support maintenance efforts on the production line.

You will set up and adjust machines for production runs, monitor performance, report defects, and keep a clean, organized workspace while complying with safety standards and optimizing throughput across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience operating blow moulding machines or similar equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work varied shifts, weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Experience with Blow moulding, Injection moulding, PET processing preferred.

• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Handle and store finished products safely.
• Maintain an adequate supply of materials to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are stored properly after use.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certification in machine operation or manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience operating blow moulding machines or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
• Experience with types of Blow moulding, Injection moulding, PET processing machines preferred.
