Job summary

Truemeds in Mumbai is seeking an Operations Tracking Manager to own the live control tower for forward-flow operations, monitoring dispatch waves in real time and ensuring cut-off adherence and timely execution of dispatches.

You will maintain dashboards and performance reports, coordinate with operations, warehouse, dispatch, and other stakeholders, and use data to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements in delivery performance in a fast-paced ecommerce/3PL environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in control tower, business operations, e-commerce, or 3PL environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience in live operational monitoring / control-tower environments.
• Strong understanding of dispatch and logistics operations.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the live control tower for forward-flow operations.
• Monitor dispatch waves and operational movement in real time.
• Track cut-off adherence and ensure timely execution of planned dispatches.
• Monitor daily operational performance and identify deviations.
• Track TAT and adherence across the network.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Monitor first-attempt delivery performance and highlight exceptions.
• Drive timely action on operational deviations and escalations.
• Maintain regular operational dashboards and performance reports.
• Work closely with operations, warehouse, dispatch, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Use data and analytics to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
