Job summary

HHV Advanced Technologies Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Service Engineer to install, test, and maintain SPM machinery at client sites in Chennai and Mumbai. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate with sales, production, and marketing, and deliver timely support to customers.

The ideal candidate has 4-5 years in SPM machine assembly, a Mechanical diploma or BE/BTech, and a hands-on approach to resolving technical problems while ensuring safety and cost efficiency. Willing to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma/BE or B.Tech in Mechanical engineering.
• 4-5 years of experience with SPM machines assembly.
• Willing to work at Chennai & Mumbai locations.

Responsibilities

• Install and test equipment to ensure it runs smoothly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions with the sales team.
• Coordinate with production and marketing to handle issues cost-effectively.
• Maintain service and customer complaint databases for tracking.
• Provide routine servicing for installed machines.
• Answer billing, product, service, and general customer questions by phone.
• Lead or assist with project support.
• Follow health and safety regulations and safeguard customers.
• Guide customers on equipment operation and safety.
• Explain new features and suggest upgrades.
• Order and restock materials as required.
