Role Description

The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end interior design projects, from initial client consultation and concept development to final execution and handover. Responsibilities include creating detailed design proposals, space plans, and mood boards; selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E; and coordinating with project managers, vendors, and site teams to ensure design accuracy and quality. The role also involves preparing and reviewing construction drawings, resolving design issues on-site, and maintaining project timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and direct interaction with clients to ensure a superior design and delivery experience.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to translate client needs into functional, aesthetic solutions.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and coordination with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Experience creating and reviewing detailed Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
• Expertise in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishes, and materials.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with visualization tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with several years of relevant professional experience in residential interiors.
• Strong project management, stakeholder communication, and site coordination skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and execution teams.
