Role & responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor warehouse associates to ensure productivity and performance targets are achieved.
• Allocate work assignments and manage shift schedules effectively.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper warehouse organization and storage practices.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, logistics, and customer service teams.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate performance metrics to management.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper handling and maintenance of warehouse equipment and materials.
