Job summary

TP in Gurugram is seeking an proactive Team Leader for outbound banking/insurance sales support. You will oversee outbound calls using a dialer, drive process improvements, and ensure targets are met.

Responsibilities include reporting performance, coordinating with Team Leaders, Trainers and Managers, and guiding the team toward clear process objectives. Prior experience in insurance or banking sales preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have worked in outbound process.
• Candidates with banking or insurance sales background preferred.
• Experience in using a dialer for calls is required.

Responsibilities

• Take care of banking or insurance sales processes.
• Resolve queries in exceptional situations and escalate when required.
• Compile and publish performance reports on daily/weekly/monthly frequencies.
• Coordinate periodic meetings with Team Leaders, Trainers and Managers to discuss impediments, resources or delays.
• Provide the team with a vision of process objectives.

• Must have worked in Outbound process.
• Resolve queries in exceptional situations and escalation them, when required (by following proper channels).
• Compile and publish reports on teams’ performance reports on set frequencies (Daily/Weekly/Monthly etc.).
• Coordinate periodic and regular meetings with other Team Leaders, Trainers and Managers to discuss process impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the task.
• Provide the team with a vision of the process objectives.

Candidates from Insurance sales or banking sales will be preferred.
