Job summary

• Minimum 13 years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / Financial Services.
• Prior experience in team handling or supervisory role preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of Life Insurance products and sales processes.
• Ability to manage targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.
