Job summary

Advancex Ai is seeking an Operations Executive to be the first point of contact for outlet owners and managers. You will answer queries, resolve issues quickly and build professional relationships through regular communication.

You will track daily and weekly performance, prepare reports in Excel, and collaborate with internal teams to close escalations. When promoted, you will run weekly review calls and lead client accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support, account management, MIS or operations.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Problem solving mindset and initiative.
• Intermediate Excel skills to start.
• Based in Mumbai or Delhi NCR; role is WFH but not location agnostic.
• Ownership and reliability are valued.

Preferred candidate profile

• Some experience in customer support, account management, MIS or operations, internships count


• Strong written and spoken English


• A problem solving mindset, you should enjoy figuring things out rather than waiting to be told


• Comfortable with Excel, intermediate level is enough to start


• Based in Mumbai or Delhi NCR, this role is WFH but not location agnostic


• Someone who takes ownership and follows through, we would rather have fewer people who finish what they start
