SkillYT in Mumbai (Chembur) is seeking an experienced Operations & Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and packaging. The role requires coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure product availability and smooth order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in operations or supply chain management.
• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or another fast-moving consumer business.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, logistics and order fulfilment.
• Familiarity with 3PL partners, OMS/WMS platforms and operational reporting.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, manufacturers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across SKUs and maintain stock records.
• Coordinate with 3PL and warehouse partners for inbound shipments, fulfillment, and returns.
• Manage orders and inventory flows through OMS/WMS to ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for production and packaging availability and dispatch timelines.
• Track damages, returns and discrepancies; maintain operational reports.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations & Supply Chain Manager to manage day-to-day operations across inventory, warehousing, fulfilment, logistics and packaging. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, warehouse partners and logistics providers to ensure product availability, accurate inventory management and smooth order fulfilment. This is an early-team opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Stock Control
  Monitor inventory levels across SKUs and maintain accurate stock records.
  Coordinate demand forecasts, stock availability and timely replenishment.
  Work with internal teams to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics
  Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse partners.
  Oversee inbound shipments, dispatches, delivery SLAs and returns.
  Resolve delivery delays and other day-to-day operational issues.
• OMS, WMS & Order Operations
  Manage order and inventory flows through Order Management Systems (OMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  Ensure accurate order, inventory and returns data.
  Monitor operational processes and identify discrepancies.
• Supply, Production & Packaging Coordination
  Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors on production and finished goods availability.
  Manage secondary and tertiary packaging coordination.
  Ensure products are ready for dispatch within planned timelines.
• Reconciliation & Operational Control
  Track damages, returns and inventory discrepancies.
  Reconcile differences across warehouse records, logistics data and internal systems.
  Maintain operational reports and resolve execution gaps.

Required Skills & Experience
